Loan Documentation Specialist

Farm Credit Services of Mandan is seeking a motivated, detail oriented individual to facilitate loan closing/servicing; interpret/resolve real estate title requirements; verify abstract/title insurance for final attorney certification. Secondary school diploma or equivalent and one year of post secondary education or three years work experience; computer proficiency; strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal relationship skills required. Working knowledge of legal descriptions and familiarity with legal entity structures desired.
